Abstract: Abstract: After studying the theory of the risk management, investigating each kind of factor affecting the risk of all virtual enterprise, an index system is developed for risk assessment of virtual enterprise with respect to the particular feature of virtual enterprise. An approach based on statistical analysis and BP neural network is also presented to evaluate the risk. It uses the neural network toolbox based on MATLAB to make network compute. And this article presents an example to set up the mathematic model.
