Abstract: Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the real estate projects, this paper analyzes the risk of real estate projects from the internal and external factors. From the point of view of losses and benefits, it establishes the risk influence diagram of the real estate projects, and makes the use of the fuzzy influence diagram method to evaluate the risk. For different experts having different opinions about the risk of the same real estate project, this paper determines the final probability of random results through an objective function. Finally this paper applies the fuzzy influence diagram method on an instance of real estate project. The result demonstrates that the method is effective and more suitable to measure the multi-factor risk of the real estate projects.
