Abstract: Abstract: Corporate entrepreneurship (CE) provides an important means for maintaining firm’s energy and sustainable developing, at the same time helping employees to realize their entrepreneurship enthusiasm. Entrepreneurial orientation (EO), competence and resource are pivotal elements that are involved during the process of CE. The reason why many firms face bottle-neck is that these three elements can’t match well. Thus we examine the match mechanism among EO, firm competence and resource.
