Abstract: Abstract: By combining with the study and application of the risk acceptance criteria in all the fields of the whole world, this paper gives quantitative expression methods of individual risk, societal risk and economical risk respectively. Then it applies ALARP principle, risk matrix and F-N criteria to study on the risk acceptance criteria of the railway system. Finally, this paper presents some existed problems and suggestions on the study and application of risk acceptance criteria of railway system in China.
