Abstract: Abstract: This article draws conclusions by regression analysis that there exists positively correlation between tax incentives of FDI and industrial structure in Dezhou city. The tax incentives of FDI will affect the right choice of inter-industrial investment direction in Dezhou city. At the same time, in order to deal with the problems, this article suggests that Dezhou city should adjust the policies of tax incentives of FDI according to the industrial development.
