Abstract: Abstract: With the CIRC (the China Insurance Regulatory Commission) broadening channels of insurance and self-development needs of enterprises, corporations begin to choose more risk investments. But in the current market environment, the insurance funds management is still faced with the simultaneous threats of the unbalance of asset-liability and market risks. Therefore the corporations themselves are also in risk while they are operating a venture investment. Hoping to help corporations reduce investment risks to a minimum, the author in this essay focuses on analyzing the risks existing in insurance funds investment process as well as how to control the risks.
