Abstract: Abstract: This paper imposes the vector autoregressive and vector error correction model of the cointegration theory to find out the relationship between domestic electricity generation and macro-economics index such as GDP, industry increase growth, employment growth, total import-export amount and PPI. The outcomes show that domestic electricity generation can give us clear prediction on the development of macro-economics. Conclusions are: 1) domestic electricity generating is correlative with both GDP and employment growth in long term, while irrelative with total import-export amount and PPI; 2) domestic electricity generating is correlative with industry increase growth when there is impact from GDP and employment growth.
