Abstract: Abstract: The crux of sustainable development in mineral areas lies in resource management. The article proves and describes that the recycling of the resources is an effective way for the development of the cyclic economy in mineral areas from both the theoretical and practical aspects. And then it starts with the ecological background checks from the mine to proceed with the analysis of proposed vertical and horizontal coupling leading industry chain to build symbiotic chain approach. Ultimately, it will come to the formation of mining resources and industrial network system for recycling, so as to achieve the "win-win" purposes, which are both the improvement of economic efficiency and can improve the ecological environment radically.
