Abstract: Abstract: Many non-metallic minerals have excellent physical and chemical properties such as adsorption, filtration and ion exchange, which make non-metallic minerals be used as environment function material in pollution control. Application of important non-metallic minerals such as zeolite, bentonite, attapulgite, sepiolite and vermiculite in treating wastewater with phosphorus are summarized and further researches needed to do in the future are also prospected.
