Abstract: Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology and extensive application, we are entering an era of the Internet as a medium of e-commerce. The Internet has profoundly affected our social life. Electronic commerce (e-commerce), which is a very different trade model comparing with the traditional business, came into being. And it has a huge impact and influence upon the traditional concepts and trade model. We cannot use the existing laws to regulate and adjust many legal issues arising from the rapid development of e-commerce, and some of the laws and regulations even have hampered the development of electronic commerce. This greatly affects the development of commercial operation and makes many people who are ready to engage in online trade stop their feet. Therefore, establishing a legal framework for Internet transaction can not only guarantee the interests of the parties but also ensure network transaction working smoothly.
