Abstract: Abstract: Website platform such as E’bay and Taobao facilitate the delivery of many new products and services across electronic networks. With online auctions has been becoming a vital component in our life, Customer satisfaction is tied directly to profitability. In this paper we reviewed the Kano model of customer satisfaction, based on three factor which Kano given we analyzed the factors which affect the customer satisfaction level. Finally we give some advice to providers who operation in website platform.
