Abstract: Abstract: How to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of Northeast China is the core problem for the revitalization of Northeast old industrial base. Based on the development tendency of Northeast China industrial structure, according to China, from the geographical factors, the structure factors and the competitive factors three perspectives, this paper has dynamically evaluated the development of industrial structure of the Northeast and on this basis, draw the following conclusions, hat the high-level of industrial structure lags, service industry develop slowly, and the agriculture is big but not strong.
