Abstract: Abstract: It is thought that in some degree the difficulty of gas-burning taxi refilling is caused by drivers’ blindness when choosing gas-stations. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the selection process of taxi refilling. In order to optimize the taxi refilling process, the author built a queuing time cost model to control the choice of gas-station. On this basis, according to the result of simulating the process of taxis refilling by Netlogo software, this paper confirmed that it can play a certain role to optimize the taxi refilling process by controlling the gas-station choice.
