Abstract: Abstract: A new uncertain integrated intelligent algorithm of vendor selection based on principal component analysis, fuzzy cluster analysis and cloud neural network are designed for resolution of deficiency of the conventional method by applying uncertain model to describe the vendor selection problem. This paper analyzes the data of supplier evaluation by principal component analysis, transforms multi-index into several principal components, carries on fuzzy cluster analysis, and obtains cloud neural network inference rules. Finally, a simulated example shows that this model could be a promising way for uncertain intelligent business area as vender selection problem.
