Abstract: Abstract: Trust and flexibility play important roles in successful supply chain partnership. Many scholars have discussed the direct and indirect impacts of trust or flexibility on firm performance. But a few involved in the relationship among the three variables at the same time. By questionnaire, this paper tests the direct and indirect relationship among trust, supply chain flexibility and firm performance. Results show that trust exerts direct positive effects on supply chain flexibility and firm performance, and that it also exert indirect impact on firm performance, but its indirect effects are greater than the direct. Supply chain flexibility also exerts direct positive effects on firm performance.
