Abstract: Abstract: The third-party logistics provides become an effective way to promote the enterprises’ core competencies. But how to find the optimum logistics service providers have some factors cannot be in-quantitative calculation. This article studied from the angles of the logistics service needs enterprises, applied the principle and method of AHP to set up an appraisal system for the choice of logistics service providers. The system has a true reflection of the objective response to the situation of the logistics service providers, will make the enterprises select and evaluate the potential logistics service providers quickly and easily. It has an important significance both in theory and reality for the healthy development to the enterprises’ supply chain.
