Abstract: Abstract: The problem that how to select the agricultural logistics and distribution center has become an urgent issue to optimize agricultural industrial chain. Reasonable location of the logistics distribution center can improve the logistics efficiency, reduce its costs, save expenditure and ensure the balanced development of logistics system. Logistics system of agricultural products is a gray system with the characteristics of incomplete information, insufficient data, and uncertain behavior and so on. Therefore, this article analyzes the factors that affect the location of the agricultural logistics and distribution, applies the gray-system theory and methods and uses the orthogonal transformation of the overlap information existing in the system, thus creating a multi-objective gray decision-making method to select the location of agricultural distribution center.
