Abstract: Abstract: Suppliers’ choice is an important content of supply chain management suppliers’ performance affects the overall performance of supply chain, the traditional suppliers’ choice consider rarely the core enterprises’ product life cycle. This article firstly analyzes the strategies match of the core enterprises and suppliers under the different product life cycle, then establishes a quite complete index system of suppliers performance measurement, at the same time constructs a fuzzy performance measurement model based on the product life cycle, finally demonstrates the entire measurement process by a simulation example.
