Abstract: Abstract: The automobile spare parts’ supplier is important partner of the whole vehicle enterprise. The relationship between the whole vehicle enterprise and different automobile spare parts ’supplier is worth discussing. In this article, firstly, we construct valuation system that the whole vehicle enterprise use when they choose the automobile spare parts’ supplier; then use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine indicator weights. Through the investigation of 20 spare part enterprises of a corporation, we calculate the indicator score of the various suppliers. According to the score, we finally determine the extent of relationship with different suppliers.
