Abstract: Abstract: The problem of the current distribution plan is to consider an infinite capacity, and inadequate consideration of practical constraints. The research framework of third party LTL logistics is established which is combined with the industry characteristics of third-party LTL logistics. Integrated to meet the time window, vehicle load and cargo compatibility constraints the distribution plan model under the condition of the limited capacity is proposed. The solving method is built based on genetic algorithms. And to LTL logistics enterprises the results have been verified in actual business data.
