Abstract: Abstract: This paper firstly analyses the problems of Pingyu Coal Company’s supply logistics, including planning, purchasing, storage, distribution and supplier management. And then zero time theory is introduced to establish Zero Time Supply Logistics (ZTSL) as this company’s optimal target. Finally, this paper proposes three strategies implementing ZTSL: instant process strategy, instant management strategy and instant involvement strategy.
