Abstract: Abstract: In recent years, Chinese private car market has been developing very fast; the competition is getting intense. In this situation, it is very important to forecast the consumption structure of private cars. In this paper, the main purpose is to find out consumers’ preferences among private cars and simulate market share based on Conjoint Analysis technique. According to the simulation results, private cars which are foreign brands, in middle prices, will hold a larger market share; while the cars which are domestic brands, in lower price and emission, will hold a smaller market share.
