Abstract: Abstract: It has great significance to introduce modern project management concepts and establish project management systems for the management of fixed asset investment projects in large manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, a project management system for construction owners is established, including project management organization system, project management standard system, project management monitoring system and project management support system. Besides, whether it is established by the owner itself, or entrusted to consulting companies, the system should be continually improved in practice to raise project management level and enhance the competitiveness.
