Abstract: Abstract: In the development of commercial real estate, it is the primary factor affecting the success or failure of enterprises that how to choose the optimal investment projects. In view of this, this paper establishes evaluation indices based on the actual situation of the commercial real estate investment projects, then applies entropy weight to computer the entropy and entropy weight of the evaluation indices and uses AHP to process the weight, at last sorts investment projects on basis of the distance and closeness of the ideal point to select the optimal investment project. The results that the model is applied show that this method solves the drawbacks that the evaluation indexes depend on the subjective assumptions and provide an effective support for the decision-making of the commercial real estate investment project.
