Abstract: Abstract: Aiming at the key problem of the development cost estimation of weapon system, the paper discusses the models of the development cost engineering method, and designs the estimation model of the development cost engineering method based on the self-organizing feature mapping neural network. And then mainly explores the selection and combination of the estimation model of the development cost engineering method. At last, the paper builds up the gray single object condition decision-making model for estimation method choosing.
