Abstract: Abstract: The core three questions in asphalt pavement preventive maintenance managerial decision-making remain unsolved, which are to decide appropriate pavement, to choose appropriate measures and the right time. The solutions the author thought were: when the appropriate pavement preventive maintenance was determined, the establishing of macro-road standards was under the premise of PSSI≥83, based on the control standards of 82≤PCI<88, 88≤RQI<93, 85≤SRI<90, combined with micro road condition standards to judge the suitability of pavement preventive maintenance; when choosing preventive maintenance measures, based on determine fuzzy optimization theory to establish optimization model of preventive maintenance measures, then in accordance with the results of model calculations to determine the optimal response; to determine the timing of preventive maintenance based on effect-cost analysis, to draw up computational procedures for the realize of complex calculating process. The advantages of solutions above were analyzed, and the application was introduced briefly. It was proved that the solutions were a good way to solve the problems in asphalt pavement preventive maintenance managerial decision-making.
