Abstract: Abstract: The life cycle cost analysis considers the building’s construction cost and user cost, making optimization on design, manufacture, operation and maintenance of the life cycle cost. Based on the introduction of basic evaluation method of LCC, this test reveals the importance of the control of user cost. User cost occupies a large proportion of the whole cost, so realizing the control of user cost is the key of life cycle cost optimization.
