Abstract: Abstract: Constructing the mathematical model of manufacture cell is to satisfy the total physical distribution quantity to be biggest in the manufacture cell. A kind of improvement genetic algorithm flow proposed. In this new flow，the judgment of the chromosome whether to satisfy the cell scale in genetic algorithm's basic flow is added. The value experimental result indicated that obtains the approximate optimal solution using the improvement genetic algorithm, has the high counting yield and the actual utility.
