Abstract: Abstract: For bill of quantities valuation is at the preliminary stage of unifying the fundamental research and the practicethe quota, valuation of enterprise lacks and it is unable to satisfy the prerequisite of BOQ valuation; the unscientific evaluation of bidding system is unable to guarantee the BOQ bidding fairness; the design quality and depth of blueprint are insufficient which causes BOQ valuation is not accurate; the project cost information system is imperfect and this affects the feasibility of BOQ valuation. In view of the existent problems, discussion and analysis are made to perfect the necessary measures of BOQ valuation. This article takes the application of BOQ valuation in practice as the research subject can speed up the promotion of BOQ valuation through the study on its main necessary measures in use.
