Abstract: Secrete industry discharge has aroused wide concern in recent years, but very little research related to the strategies, this study first summarized the cheating ways of wastewater treatment and put forward the corresponding environmental supervision techniques. Based on a review of secrete industry discharge in recent years, four cheating ways of wastewater treatment are summarized in this study: discharge secretly by underground pipe or bypass; false treatment through wastewater treatment facilities or with online monitoring system or false data. And some corresponding strategies for environmental supervision are proposed, such as observation skills, communication skills, on site supervising skills, accounting techniques, monitoring techniques and punishment ways, which can alert the polluters and provide a reference for environmental management.
