Abstract: The paper puts forward an improved method of decision-making tree, i.e.ID3,based on information entropy theory. In addition, it constructs a data mining system framework for accurate mining of flight history information database. This system mainly contains data acquisition, data pretreatment, data mining, alarm, etc. A great deal of useful classification information can be obtained by decision tree analysis. Thereby flight delay alarming can come true.
