The relation between electric parameter of non-linear servo system and chaos particle is discussed in this article, and fault examining of servo system is researched. By the way of changing the parameter of system, the condition of entering the chaos state of relay system is validated. On the condition of chaos, by using the sensitivity to faintness signal and discussing the changing state of phasic track, it performs fault examining to system. When doing analysis to the ideal relay system, changing the input range, capacitance, resistance, and so on, it researches the relationship between input and output. For the relay system of inattentive tache, it discusses the influence to the output of system, by changing the parameter of time constant, connatural frequency and initial value.
