An intelligent model structure based on comprehensive information theory is presented, and analysis about the conversion between information, knowledge and Intelligence. According to the cognitive theory of emotion, three basic types of emotional factors appeared in human perception and thinking has been presented: curiosity/boredom, interest/confusion, and joy/worry, an intelligent model structure based on comprehensive information theory, and the correspondence between these three emotional factors, cognitive thinking process ontology information - cognitive information, cognitive information – knowledge and knowledge - intelligent conversion have been presented. According to emotional value theory, analysis of the causes, size and intensity variation of human emotional factors is carried out. In order to study the relationship between emotion and intelligence, a unified intelligence - emotional theory foundation will be established.
