Abstract: In the operation of DHP40-4 Centrifugal compressor a severe wear appears between rotors and thrust surface in the secondary and tertiary bearings. Furthermore it will cause burning and even destroy in the secondary and tertiary bearings. Based on the occurred equipment accidents, do the force analysis on two high-speed motors, find out the fault reason and make the preventive measure.
