Abstract: This electronic document defines the standard format of the Chinese academic conference proceedings published by the Scientific Research Publishing (SRP). The elements such as the paper title, author, affiliation, abstract, section title, main text, figure, table and references are defined, and this document is formatted according to the SRP standard, which illustrates all the formats. Capacity of flight is predicted by means of simulating flight track ,which could improve flight procedures ,and AIP track coordinates often be extracted as simulation data track. In this study new method is designed to extract latitude and longitude coordinates of the center of the circle in turning track, and applied to extract AIP departure coordinates. Finally, departure map of 18 runway of Shanghai airport is taken as an example, one of turning track coordinates are calculated , feasibility and accuracy of the simulation results are verified. This method could provide new the thinking of calculating latitude and longitude coordinates of boundary points of the round and oval.
