Abstract: Cloud Computing is a developing trend of the next generation network. So building E-learning environment on cloud computing is one of the research hotspots during educational fields in the future. This paper analyzed the benefits of cloud computing for e-learning solutions. And then, architecture in the cloud environment was built for e-learning. Simultaneously, four mechanisms were presented to ensure the stability for running the e-learning system and efficient resource use. However, because of the security risks that pose a threat to the cloud, the security problem was deeply analyzed for e-learning systems.
