In order to build vibration model fast and exactly for trucks with balance suspension, five-degree of freedom model of trucks is taken as an example, spring and dump elements and balance suspension element are constructed, factor matrixes of vibration equation are assembled based on ideas of finite element. Random vibration analysis of trucks is done with pseudo-excitation method, which is proved that simulation method is right by comparing with Fourier method. The results show that it is easy and feasible for building vibration equation and simulation, foundation of further study is established for random vibration analysis of trucks.
