Abstract: The measurement technique of quartz crystal resonator insulation resistance and the principles of insulation resistance, as well as insulation resistance measurement system, are introduced in this paper. The whole system which we designed consists of insulation resistance measurement circuit, microcontroller and control software. After several experiments, the test result indicates that it meets the IEC61010 standard and measuring error is less than one percent in the range of 0 MΩ~500 MΩ.
