Abstract: In this article I analyzed the informational system development technology base on VS.NET which is currently popular home and abroad, expounded the software development technique based on VS.NET componential technology and the method about how to create the system component model library, analyzed the function of the components and explained the VS.NET components implementation method on the platform of VS2008.NET. So the companies’ work efficiency is improved greatly and the management costs were reduced.
