Abstract: Comprehensive evaluation method based on unascertainty measure has great significance in selecting scheme. First, the unascertainty theory model was briefly introduced. Second, some characteristics were found out compared with other evaluation methods. This comprehensive method is able to help us select optimized scheme which was obtained by analyzing and handling test data. In the evaluation system, such parameters chosen as indoor physical environment quality, outdoor physical environment quality, indoor air quality, supplying service quality, energy and resource consumption and so on were first grade evaluation index. There were several second grade indexes in each first grade index. Meanwhile, each index was given different weight. Through this indexes and weight, a relatively complete matrix measure system could be established by experts. According to given data, an optimal building in five was found out by this unascertainty optimization technique. By case study, knowing that unascertainty evaluation approach was an effective way in selection scheme.
