Abstract: Red organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDS) with a typical structure of ITO/2T-NATA(15 nm)/ NPBx (20 nm) / ADN:DCJTB (2wt%) (d nm) /DPVBi (15 nm) / Alq3(30 nm) / LiF (0.5 nm) / Al were fabricated via doping method. High efficient and stable red oleds can be obtained by the energy transfer from host(ADN) to dopant (DCJTB). The performance of device is the best, when the thickness of doping layer is 5 nm. This device has a maximum luminous efficiency of 2.99cd/A at 6 V and maximum luminance of 15240 cd/m2 at 16V. Further more the chroma of the devices are stable and the CIE coordinates are in (0.55, 0.42) in the vicinity. They are orange-red light. It is the foundation for the production of white oleds.
