Abstract: In this paper, we designed and implemented the virtual assembly education system. The virtual assembly is an important application of the virtual reality technology, and EON Studio is the simulation software development tool of modular multi-purpose interactive 3D. We have proposed the concrete scheme and technical route to implement the virtual assembly education system. With the three-dimensional modeling techniques and interactive virtual reality design software (EON Studio), we constructed the structure and composition of modules of the virtual assembly system, and completed the interaction and integration of these virtual assembly education systems of "electromotor" and "SGI graphic workstation".
