Abstract: The measurement principle of electric power based on Fast fourier transform, Phase-locked loop and DSP and its implementing method were discussed in this paper. It turns out that through this method high-speed and multi-point sampling, large quantity accumulation and real-time calculation are carried out successfully, and the bad effect of higher harmonics to the measuring accuracy is weakened. So this method has the characteristic of fast dynamic response, high precision (up to 0.02) and strong anti-interference.
