Abstract: Based on the WOA05 data, Oceanographic factors near the slope front are discussed in this paper using the acoustic ray model to make sure the position, width and depth of front, and the properties of acoustic velocity and acoustic ray is analyzed too. As a result, great influence is given by the slope front to acoustic velocity and sound ray propagation that will provide basis foundation for military operation.
