Because remote signal analysis is different from local signal analysis, it needs to run at distributed application environment and can share cliental data and respond to synchronous requests of many clients, three different remote analysis methods based on Matlab Web Server, Java Applet and ActiveX are put forward in the paper. The filter based on Matlab web server and remote FFT signal processing based on ActiveX and Java are realized. Furthermore, their differences are compared with each other. It is concluded that every method has advantage and disadvantage; the method based on Matlab Web Server can combine with traditional signal process easily and conveniently, it programmed conveniently and has application value.
