In this paper, a composite algorithm of synthetically optimization for the mechanics properties of principal-dimensions-limited ships is constructed. Basing on fuzzy logic, parallel algorithm, genetic algorithm (GA) and chaos algorithm, then a parallel chaos fuzzy genetic algorithm basing on delicate variables’ segments is advanced and is called PC-FGA.A software is programmed using VC++ language which has a user-friendly graphical interface and good interactivity. The computation results gotten with different solving methods show that the algorithm can overcome GA’s premature convergence and is reliable and efficient compared with other methods such as GA, chaos algorithm and their parallel algorithms. So it lays a solid foundation for form optimization and design evaluation of principal-dimensions-limited ships ieland.
