Abstract: To meet the communications needs in TDCS, in order to efficiently detect the licensed users under prior knowledge constrains in the fusion center, a novel cooperative spectrum sensing algorithm based on Dumpsters-Shafer theory was proposed. In this algorithm, the credibility and uncertainty were calculated based on the local sensing result of cognitive radios. The simulation results show that the performance of the novel algorithm is better than energy fusion method and that if the system gets more prior knowledge, the performance of the novel algorithm is the same as that of the optimal linear cooperative algorithm.
