Abstract: Three-dimensional model was completed for power cabin of a certain vehicle by CAD software Pro/E. Based on this model, CFD analysis was carried out for power cabin of vehicle by CFD software FLUENT. Exhaust shutter outlet temperature of running vehicle was tested by Data Acquisition Units and E-typed thermocouple. By contrasting test value and analysis value, it showed that the maximal relative error was 6.78 percent and could meet the demand of engineer computation.
