Abstract: In order to ensure safety of wind turbine operation and to reduce the occurrence of faults as well to as to improve the reliability of wind turbine operation, a vibration monitoring and intelligent diagnostic prototype system for wind turbine is developed in the laboratory conditions. In this paper, First,the hardware structure and principle of the module is introduced. Second, the software process and the main components of modules. Third, this module describes the design of virtual instruments in the analysis of the results, and further refined the module can be used to set the actual operation of wind turbine.
