Abstract: Under the guidance and support of the national policy, higher vocational education has developed rapidly in recent years and made remarkable achievements. However, it also revealed some problems. One of these is that teaching modes of some courses could not very well make the needs of social works. The work process-oriented idea promotes the study from the view of work to implement vocational education and agrees with the features of vocational education. This idea can compensate for this problem. On the basis of practice, this article explored a teaching mode based on working process to JAVA Programming and has made initial achievements
